✓ New Property Bookings (Under-Construction Projects) :

We do not charge any brokerage on new project bookings. Our remuneration is paid directly by the developer, so you receive expert assistance at no additional cost.

✓ Resale Property Transactions :

For resale properties, a 2% brokerage fee is applicable on the final agreed sale value. This covers professional assistance, property coordination, documentation support and a smooth transaction.

✓ Rental & Lease Services :

For rental and lease transactions, our standard brokerage is equivalent to two months’ rent, payable only after the deal is successfully finalized.
